A single person's observation may reflect a particular context, a specific moment, or an individual point of view. Behaviu attaches a reliability level to its indicators, based in particular on the volume of observations, the diversity of evaluators, and their agreement.
As a result, a signal is never read as an isolated opinion: Behaviu allows the staff to distinguish a one-off observation from a trend supported by multiple observations.
